GAIA is tailor made sales and after-sales methods and process-customized collaboration solutions for automotive industry. GAIA supports efficiently commercial activities covering a single-brand or multi-brand companies. GAIA supports work with end customers and financial products in the automotive industry (customer support in financial contracts and insurance).
The Lyra system is a transparent, user-friendly and comprehensive system for managing extended warranty contracts, maintenance contracts and roadside assistance contracts for authorized brands Renault, Dacia and Nissan in the Adriatic and Nordic (Denmark, Sweden) area including restapi integrations with digital signing and secure ftp integration with sigma back office system.

Contract management offers a comprehensive system for managing extended warranty contracts, maintenance contracts and roadside assistance contracts for automotive industry. From the beginnings to the present
We have founded Nebula company in 2002 for developing and implementing advanced solutions for managing sales and after-sales operations of Renault and Renault subsidiary in Slovenia. In the following years we have expanded our business operations into Adriatic region (e. g. Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo). In 2012 we have further expanded and included also Renault Nordic area, namely Sweden and Denmark. In 2018 we have further expanded similar solution to Slovenian Ford importer and Ford authorized dealers. In 2019-2020, we gained the trust of RCI Banque SA, a banking branch in Ljubljana, where we integrated advanced CES solutions, automated marketing in the GAIA environment. In our long-standing development, we have expanded our activities to provide comprehensive solutions from various areas of customer relationship management, both in the field of planning activities with a focus on one-to-one communications, its implementation and ensuring full traceability of activities and their results.
In 2018 we have split our business operations in two branches. Solution development was taken over by the newly created NebuLAB d.o.o., while commercial part remained in hands of the parent company Nebula d.o.o.
In 2021, we fully upgraded the security concepts and mechanisms in our solutions and obtained the ISO 27001: 2013 certificate.
With independent development and integration of partner solutions, we are introducing comprehensive solutions, especially in the field of sales and after-sales services, to become the most advanced provider of CES (Customer Experience Systems), CRM (Customer Relations Management) and PRM (Prospect Relations Management) solutions for the automotive industry. With our laboratory NebuLAB we are designing the best and optimal solutions in the fields:
- Multimedia solutions for automotive industry (AR – augmented reality / VR – virtual reality / hybrid models).
- AI – artificial intelligence and related voice capture (equivalent to text), smart bots for next generation sales configurators.
