Warranties, maintenance and assistance — a governed part of the sale.

LYRA is a system for managing contract products — extended warranties, maintenance and roadside assistance. On the dealer side it enables contract conclusion based on active price lists; on the importer side it acts as the central repository of confirmed contracts and price lists.

Reference

Proven in production: one system, three clients — GA Adriatic · MFS/RCI Bank and Services Nordic · Keos – Emil Frey

3 clients · 7 markets (SI · HR · RS · ADEX · DK · SE · NO) · 3 product families

The same LYRA platform runs for three clients: GA Adriatic (Renault, Dacia, Nissan, Alpine) across four Adriatic markets, MFS/RCI Bank and Services Nordic in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and Keos – Emil Frey (Renault, Dacia) in Serbia. The operating model is identical everywhere: dealers conclude contracts from active price lists while the importer manages a central repository with SIGMA sequences and statistics. The Nordic deployment adds national plate registries, the Renault BVM vehicle database and GetAccept e-signature — local execution without losing central visibility, hosted in the Nebula environment.
