VEGA — automotive CRM

VEGA significantly shortened key commercial processes and increased transparency across the importer and dealer network.

Digital price-list workflows reduced publication time, improved the quality and consistency of communication, and sharply lowered the risk of errors. Vehicle-order quotas replaced time-consuming coordination with transparent plans and enabled much faster responses to market changes.

Direct lead transfer from the Car Web Configurator allows dealers to move from customer configuration to a personalised offer within minutes. Existing customer preferences are reused throughout the process, including a one-click transition from offer to contract. Test-drive vehicles are managed centrally, providing better utilisation and full visibility of the available fleet.

GAIA — multi-brand CRM

GAIA became a key driver of digital transformation for Summit Motors Ljubljana, not only an automotive CRM implementation.

Automated offer and contract preparation reduced processing time from around 20 minutes to just a few minutes, while allowing sales teams to create and compare multiple offer versions and respond to customers much faster. Integrated approval workflows made the entire process — from offer through approval and reimbursement — faster, more transparent and easier to control.

Direct integration with the Car Web Configurator enables customer configurations and leads to flow directly into GAIA, supporting a fast transition from initial interest to a personalised offer and contract.

GAIA also introduced an automated marketing process for both monthly campaigns and ad hoc emailings. Sales and after-sales data are combined into a common customer view, enabling the importer and dealer network to select real target audiences instead of working with broad, generic mailing lists. This improved lead-to-sale conversion, increased the relevance of customer communication and automated key after-sales activities.

The integrated NPS process significantly shortened response times to customer feedback and gave the importer and dealer network much greater visibility into customer satisfaction and required follow-up actions.

For Summit Motors Ljubljana, GAIA increased process automation, transparency and real-time information exchange across the network, helping the organisation close the digital gap with competitors and, in selected areas, move ahead of the market.

GAIA MFS — automotive finance CRM

GAIA MFS created one governed customer-care and collection environment across contracts, vehicles, insurance and finance data.

Data from Omega, Zavarovalnica Triglav and Globus is merged into a complete 360° customer profile. Incoming emails are automatically converted into tasks, linked to the correct customer or contract and assigned according to business rules, enabling faster, more consistent and fully traceable responses.

Marketing campaigns, renewal, win-back and customer-notification activities are converted into operational workflows, while leads are handed directly to the Renault, Dacia and Nissan dealer networks through VEGA. Two-way GDPR exchange, a shared correspondence archive and Qlik Sense reporting give management better control, transparency and KPI visibility across customer care and collection operations.

LYRA — contract products

LYRA transformed contract sales and administration from a decentralised dealer-level process into one centrally governed digital platform.

Automated contract creation and centralised storage replaced fragmented local handling, where agreements were managed separately by individual dealers. Contracts, validity, coverage and commercial conditions can now be checked across the authorised network, regardless of where the customer originally purchased the product.

Central price lists and contract options enable the importer to launch or adjust commercial offers quickly, while integrations with CRM and OEM systems support customer communication, reporting, warranties and marketing campaigns.

Contract preparation at dealer level was reduced to a few minutes. At importer level, LYRA significantly increased transparency, control and insight into network activity, while also improving communication with dealers through structured support and escalation processes.

Car Web Configurator

CWC significantly shortened and improved the process from central price-list preparation to publication across customer and dealer channels.

Central management of prices, configurations, product descriptions and multimedia created a single source of truth for both B2C and B2B configurators. Version-controlled price lists can be prepared in advance, compared with previous versions and scheduled for publication on a selected date.

This reduced preparation and publishing time, greatly lowered the risk of inconsistent or incorrect data and enabled much faster responses to required commercial changes. Importers and dealers now work with aligned prices, conditions and product information, improving transparency and accelerating information flow across the network.

Middleware — integration backbone

Nebula Middleware transforms fragmented system integrations into a governed, near-real-time enterprise backbone.

By introducing contract-first APIs, a shared automotive object model and event-driven Pub/Sub messaging, data exchange and synchronisation move from delayed batch processes — sometimes taking hours or days — to near real time. DMS, IMS, CRM, CWC, stock, MDM, BI and OEM systems receive consistent information through one controlled integration layer rather than through a growing network of point-to-point links.

This architecture also enables complex legacy systems to be decomposed into clearly defined business domains and modernised gradually. New services, brands, markets or applications can be introduced one connection at a time, without a high-risk big-bang replacement. Users experience a more natural transition, while management gains a phased, measurable transformation path with significantly lower implementation risk.

The Developer Portal accelerates partner onboarding through self-service documentation, registration, credentials and testing. The Governance Cockpit gives management a live view of plans, quality gates, risks, changes, approvals and contractual traceability, improving control from development through implementation and production use.
