- defined Quality Gates,
- and a Developer Portal for APIs, documentation and environments.
The objective is not just a new technical platform. It is a controlled path from the existing environment towards a more modular architecture, with clear ownership, lower implementation risk and visible progress.
Changing the data source beneath a live CRM
A demanding test of a live CRM is replacing its underlying data source while keeping the business running.
In GAIA MFS, we are moving the CRM from a legacy data source to a new one while preserving data, business processes and uninterrupted daily operations.
The challenge is broader than transferring records from one system to another.
A controlled transition must also preserve:
- data quality and consistency,
- existing business rules,
- operational processes,
- integrations with surrounding systems,
- and continuity for end users.
The technical change should remain largely invisible to the people using the CRM.
The best migrations are often the ones users barely notice.

Enterprise AI delivers value where business decisions are made. Much of the AI conversation focuses on vehicles and consumer experiences, yet some of the greatest value is emerging behind the scenes — in demand forecasting, customer engagement and operational planning. It matches what we see in our projects: AI pays off when it augments everyday decisions — not when it replaces people.
Europe has set the rules for AI in business systems. In late June the EU Council gave final approval to streamlined AI Act rules, moving high-risk obligations to December 2027. Our perspective: the delay is not a reason to wait — it is time to introduce AI in a governed way, with clear ownership, documentation and controlled rollout. Those building this now will be compliant without stopping the business.
