The Ford importer and dealers needed a common process layer for sales, support and documentation. GAIA links the customer database to the DMS, handles leads from ford.si, prvaizbira.si and HubSpot contexts, runs offers and contracts, and synchronises stock, price lists and orders in real time via RCL PNV/SMP. With e-signing, safePay reservations and Qlik Sense dashboards it forms one environment from customer interest to signed transaction — with a national view for the importer.
